Testing Engineer

Job Purpose

Responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications, through the development and execution of automated and manual test cases. The Test Engineer will work closely with the development and product teams to identify and resolve issues, and to improve the overall quality of our products.

ACCOUNTIBILITIES

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure that all software products meet functional requirements, technical specifications, and design criteria.
• Collaborate with development and business teams to identify and resolve issues and problems discovered during testing.
• Conduct end-to-end testing of software and systems, including integration testing, performance testing, and regression testing.
• Identify and report on defects, errors, and problems discovered during testing and work with developers to resolve them.
• Identify areas for improvement in software testing processes and recommend and implement solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to testing activities, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in software testing.
• Strong knowledge of software development concepts, principles, and techniques.
• Knowledge of automated testing tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Automation Testing is a plus.
