Job Purpose

Manage our front desk and provide excellent customer service.

ACCOUNTIBILITIES

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Provide information to callers and assist with inquiries.
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the reception area.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
• Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk environment.
• Assist with office supplies inventory and ordering.
• Support other administrative staff as needed.

Position Requirements

Educational Requirements: Bachelor of Commerce, Business Administration 
Required Industry Experience: 0 to 2  years
Language Requirements: Arabic - English
