Portfolio Management Data Analyst

Job Purpose

To collect, analyze, and interpret portfolio data to generate accurate, timely, and insightful reports that support portfolio managers and stakeholders in making informed decisions. The role is responsible for ensuring data integrity, optimizing reporting processes, and delivering actionable insights that enhance portfolio performance, risk management, and compliance.

ACCOUNTIBILITIES

• Conduct daily validation and analysis of all live reports to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness. Proactively identify and correct any discrepancies to maintain the integrity of reporting outputs 
• Prepare all periodic and scheduled reports in alignment with internal unit procedures. Reports are submitted to the Senior Analyst or designated reviewer for final review and approval prior to circulation
• Develop and deliver ad-hoc reports and data analyses related to Risk Reporting and Portfolio Management, based on discussions and alignment with the Senior Analyst or reviewer.
• Collect, validate, and organize data required for internal memos that support decision-making and require formal approval from committee members.
• Gather and structure relevant data required for building and maintaining forecasting models that support risk assessment and portfolio planning.
• Responsible for the preparation and compilation of monthly and periodic reports submitted to the committees.
• Act as a liaison with the ICT Department to troubleshoot, resolve, and follow up on any technical issues related to data accuracy.
• Collect, prepare, and structure the required datasets to support various analytical tools and outputs.

Position Requirements

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in (Accounting ,Economics ,Finance ,Business Administration) 
Special Certification or Training Required: Enterprise Risk Management ,Data Science & Analytics
Required Industry Experience:  0-1 years
Technological Requirements: Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel.
Language Requirements: English.
