Job Purpose
Plays a key role in managing portfolio guarantees and enhancing operational processes. Their responsibilities include reviewing guarantees, verifying data, managing finances, and producing reports.
ACCOUNTIBILITIES
• Receive and review the new Portfolio Guarantees Parameters
• Follow-up with banks for receiving the balances of their Portfolio Guarantees (PGs) according to the pre-agreed format
• Review the files/balances received from the banks and highlight any missing/wrong data
• Calculate the desired fees and send claims to the banks
• Follow-up with banks receiving the monthly fees
• Prepare the periodic reports with specified quality and timing.
• Make suggestions to develop the Unit's work and processes.
• Participate in the core system development process
• Full adherence to the standard timeframe.
Position Requirements
Educational Requirements: Bachelor of Commerce or any relevant education
Required Industry Experience: from 0 to 2 years
Language Requirements: Arabic - English
