Job Purpose

To design, implement, and evaluate organizational development strategies that enhance employee performance, support cultural alignment, and foster effective collaboration across CGC.

ACCOUNTIBILITIES

Performance Management

  • Support the development and implementation of performance management systems and tools.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and ensure timely completion.
  • Provide training and guidance to managers and employees on performance processes.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Organization Structure

  • Assist in reviewing and updating organizational structures to align with strategic goals.
  • Support job analysis and role clarity initiatives.
  • Maintain updated organizational charts and ensure consistency across departments.
  • Collaborate with HC and leadership on restructuring and change management efforts.

Training & Development

  • Conduct training needs assessments and develop annual training plans.
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and ROI through feedback and performance metrics.
  • Promote a learning culture through workshops, e-learning, and development programs.

OD Initiatives

  • Participate in the design and rollout of OD programs (e.g., culture transformation, change management, employee engagement).
  • Support initiatives that drive innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate focus groups, surveys, and feedback sessions to gather insights. 

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor of Commerce.
  • 4-6 years of experience in Organizational Development.
  • Preferable experience in SAP Success Factors.
  • Good level of English.
