Job Purpose

 

Over all Job Purpose:   To lead and drive strategic initiatives in organizational development, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a high-performance culture. This role is responsible for designing and implementing frameworks that enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention through effective organizational structures and talent development.

 

 

ACCOUNTIBILITIES

Organizational Development

  • Design and implement OD strategies that support business transformation and growth.
  • Lead change management initiatives and culture transformation programs.
  • Develop and maintain competency frameworks, career paths, and succession planning models.
  • Maintain and regularly update organization charts to reflect changes in reporting lines, roles, and structures.

Performance Management

  • Design and implement performance management systems that align with strategic objectives.
  • Promote a culture of continuous feedback and development.
  • Ensure fair and transparent performance appraisal processes.
  • Link performance outcomes to rewards and career development.

 

Learning & Development

  • Assess organizational learning needs and develop strategic training plans.
  • Align learning initiatives with business objectives and workforce development goals.
  • Work closely with department heads and external vendors to identify training needs.
  • Partner with leadership to support talent development and succession planning.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Collect Training Surveys to refine learning strategies.
  • Stay updated on L&D trends, tools, and technologies.

 

Development of Employee’s Performance

  • Manage Learning & Development to create leadership and talent development programs.
  • Support high-potential identification and development initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of development programs.
  • Effectively communicating current activities and policies.
  • Ensuring performance improvement for the team through developing staff knowledge and skills and growing capability of the team through training, professional development and proactively managing poor performance and behaviours.

 

Position Requirements

Position Title: OD Senior Manager

Educational Requirements: Bachelor of Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Special Certification or Training Required:

Required Industry Experience:  Minimum +10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in OD.
