Job Purpose

The OD Officer will support the People department in various functions including recruitment, training & performance management. This role requires a proactive approach in executing people processes.

ACCOUNTIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Execute onboarding processes to ensure new hires have a seamless experience.
  • Execute the performance appraisal process, providing training and guidance to managers.
  • Assist in developing and execution of the performance improvement plans as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in the development and revision of HR policies and procedures.
  • Execute the annual training plan
  • Support career development initiatives and succession planning.
     

Position Requirements

Educational Requirements: Bachelor of Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Special Certification or Training Required: Diploma / Certificate is a plus Required Experience:3 to 5 years

Language Requirements: Arabic - English
