Job Purpose

.Ensure the smooth running and the general operation of the MD office on a day-to-day basis
 

ACCOUNTIBILITIES


• Overseeing general office operation.
• Serving as the first point of contact to answer, screen and transfer a high-volume of incoming calls as well as office visitors.
• Manage and maintain the MD’s calendar including scheduling appointments, internal/external meetings and conference calls.
• Prepare agendas for daily meetings, briefing materials and presentations.
• Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching the office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
• Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.
• Managing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
• Creating presentations and other management-level reports.
• Organizing BOD meetings, coordinating logistics and following up on all decrees’ implementation. 
• Serve as a liaison with internal staff at all levels and interact with external partners according to the MD’s guidelines.
• Support Senior Managers on other projects as needed.

Position Requirements


• Education: A Bachelor degree from a reputable university
• Experience: 10+ years of experience in office management, including a min 5 years reporting to MD, CEO or GM.
• Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• English language fluency.
