Job Purpose

To provide comprehensive legal support and representation for the company by managing and analyzing legal cases, preparing essential legal documents, drafting and reviewing contracts, and representing the company in all legal matters. This role ensures compliance with legal requirements, resolves legal issues with various authorities, and offers expert legal advice and consultations to safeguard the company’s interests.

ACCOUNTIBILITIES

1- Directing, studying, reviewing, and analyzing legal cases.
2- Preparing the necessary legal memoranda and documents.
3- Preparing, drafting, and reviewing contracts.
4- Representing the company before all courts.
5- Representing the company before governmental and non-governmental entities such as:

• General Authority for Investment
• Commercial Registry
• Chambers of Commerce
• Real Estate Registration Office.

6- Ability to resolve legal issues with labor offices, insurance, and the tax authority.
7- Directing the execution of judgments.
8- Providing legal opinions and consultations.

Position Requirements

1. Educational Background:

   • Bachelor’s degree in Law (English section).

2. Professional Experience:

   • 2-3 years of experience in legal practice, preferably within a corporate environment.
   • Proven track record in handling legal cases, drafting and reviewing contracts, and providing legal consultations.
