Job Purpose

Lead and manage ICT infrastructure operations ensuring system availability, resilience, and alignment with business and security requirements.

ACCOUNTIBILITIES

  • Manage infrastructure teams and service delivery.
  • Oversee infrastructure strategy, capacity, and lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with security and continuity requirements.
  • Manage vendors and service contracts.
  • Manage infrastructure teams and operations
  • Define architecture standards
  • Ensure uptime, DR readiness, and capacity planning
  • Manage vendors and contracts

 

Development of Employee’s Performance

  • Develop team skills and succession planning.
  • Promote operational excellence and accountability.
  • Improve SLA adherence
  • Optimize cost vs performance

 

Position Requirements

Position Title:

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s in engineering / computer science or equivalent

Special Certification or Training Required: (Preferred) ITIL, PMP,  TOGAF.  

Required Industry Experience:  8–10 years infrastructure management

Technological Requirements:   Enterprise infrastructure, cloud, DR

 

Language Requirements: Arabic - English
