Guarantee Operations Analyst

Job Purpose

Preparing studies and movements related to the issued guarantees (extending, amending, reactivating) according to standard timings within the framework of a clear understanding of the company’s role in supporting small and medium enterprises

ACCOUNTIBILITIES

Guarantee Processing & Studies
• Prepare detailed studies and movement reports related to issued guarantees (extensions, amendments, reactivations) within standard processing times.
• Ensure a clear understanding of the company’s role in supporting SMEs, aligning guarantee operations with company objectives.

Handling Bank Requests
• Receive completed bank requests through the Coordination and Follow-Up Unit.
• Verify the completion and accuracy of documents, ensuring adherence to company principles, operational standards, and the department’s work manual.

Credit & Risk Analysis
• Conduct comprehensive credit studies in line with operational guidelines.
• Submit studies to the competent auditor, including a full assessment of critical credit factors and a well-reasoned recommendation.

Guarantee Implementation & Delivery
• Process and implement approved cases, ensuring timely issuance.
• Deliver issued guarantees to banks via official email and through the Coordination and Follow-Up Unit for tracking and further action.

Document & File Management
• Maintain and organize all guarantee-related files, ensuring accuracy, easy retrieval, and compliance with documentation standards.
Additional Duties
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management that align with the nature of guarantee operations.
• The Guarantee Operations team plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient, accurate, and compliant processing of guarantees, ultimately supporting SMEs and strengthening banking relationships.

Position Requirements

Bachelor of Commerce or any relevant education.
From 0 to 2 years of experience.
Good English level.
