Job Purpose

Ensuring effective communication and timely processing of bank requests. Include interacting with banks, preparing documentation, directing cases to appropriate departments, and monitoring progress. This role focuses on improving service efficiency and client satisfaction while maintaining strong relationships with both internal teams and external banking partners.

ACCOUNTIBILITIES

Effective Communication

• Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with banks through official emails and phone calls.
• Ensure all interactions reflect the company’s commitment to responsiveness, accuracy, and customer-centric service.

Document Verification & Processing
• Accurately prepare and complete the necessary documents for evaluating bank requests.
• Follow the official checklist to ensure compliance with company policies, decisions, and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain high accuracy and efficiency, adhering to standard turnaround times set by management.

Case Referral to Relevant Departments
• Ensure all bank requests are properly reviewed and directed to the appropriate internal departments for further action.
• Act as a coordinating bridge between banks and internal teams to facilitate seamless processing.

Proactive Case Follow-Up
• Monitor case progress through its different stages to prevent delays and ensure timely completion.
• Keep banks updated on the status of their requests, reinforcing transparency and trust.
• Ensure all finalized cases are promptly sent back to banks, supporting the company’s objectives in service efficiency and client satisfaction.
• The Coordination and Follow-Up Unit plays a key role in ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation, and efficient case management, ultimately enhancing the company’s service excellence and reputation.

Position Requirements

Educational Requirements: Bachelor of Commerce or any relevant education
Required Industry Experience: from 0 to 2 years
Language Requirements: Arabic - English
