Job Purpose
The Business Analyst acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. They are responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, gathering requirements, and supporting successful implementation of digital and operational solutions aligned with CGC’s objectives.
ACCOUNTIBILITIES

Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and goals.

Conduct requirements gathering sessions, interviews, workshops, and surveys.

Document and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.

Evaluate existing workflows and processes, recommending enhancements or automation opportunities.

Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and QA to ensure accurate requirement delivery.

Support development lifecycle: requirements clarification, backlog refinement, sprint planning.

Develop use cases, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

Prepare business requirement documents (BRD) and functional requirement documents (FRD).

Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies for new initiatives.

Support UAT planning, execution, defect logging, and validation.

Assist in creating business cases, ROI calculations, and cost–benefit analyses.

Monitor implementation progress, track KPIs, and ensure alignment with project scope.

Provide training and change management support for new system releases.
Position Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

3–5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in IT or digital transformation environments.

Strong knowledge of business process modeling and requirement elicitation techniques.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management.

Experience writing user stories and BRD/FRD documentation.

Proficient in MS Office, Visio, Lucidchart, Jira, or similar tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
-
Ability to balance business priorities and technical constraints.
